The April Executive Committee Meeting will take place on  Tuesday, April 7, at 6:00 pm . The meeting will take place only online or by phone. All members and friends are encouraged to attend and participate. To attend on your device or computer click this link , or go to the UULaLa home page UULaLa.org , then click on the link labeled "join us for an online service." The Zoom page will open. Once at the Zoom page, you may  optionally select to start the Zoom app or download it if its not installed. The Nominating Committee is offering a brief board leadership series over the next several weeks until our upcoming board election. It will take place Sunday mornings, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM.  Topics include: Mission, Board Roles, Congregational Covenant, Leadership Development, Ministry, Congregational Governance, and Conflict Resolution.  These sessions are open to everyone!

The March Executive Committee Meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 3, at 6:00 pm . The meeting will take place at our church building, 1119 Johnston Street. And, in case you were wondering, according to our bylaws " The Executive Committee shall be composed of the President, the Immediate Past President, the Vice President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer, and Chairpersons of all standing committees. ... The Standing Committees of this Fellowship shall be: Services, Religious Education, Social Concerns and Membership. " All members and friends are encouraged to attend and participate.

I'll introduce a topic, show where the resources are to learn about that topic and have discussion. Here is a beginning list of topics: Mission, Board Roles, Congregational Covenant, Leadership Development, Ministry, Congregational Governance, Conflict Resolution, etc. First one is "Mission" on Feb. 9. Our Executive Committee is made up of the Fellowship officers and permanent committee chairs. All meeting are open to the membership. They are usually held on the first Tuesday each month at 6:00 pm. Watch the announcements and newsletter to confirm the date and time.

The Fellowship's Executive Committee will meet on September 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the home of our president, Jackie Phelps.  All congregation members are invited. If you plan to attend, please contact Jackie at 739-1322 so she can arrange the seating and provide directions.
