Move The Mindset Hearing postponed until April 27th
Scott and Jackie attended the january 21st Hearing for the 'United Daughters of the Confederacy Vs. L.C.G.' to decide whether an injunction preventing the City of Lafayette from moving the Gen. Alfred Mouton statue and U.D.C. pedestal from it's current location in downtown Lafayette could be overturned. The judge quickly agreed to a delay the case hearing until April 27th for the UDC attorneys to review new documents submitted by the LCG attorney.
