I-49 Community meetings this week
The proposal to build the I-49 Connector through Lafayette continues with meeting all week. Even in the original EIS for the project it was recognized the this project violates the principles of environmental justice that were required to be considered. Our building is located in the Freetown neighborhood, and the Freetown/downtown community meeting is Monday, November 1 from 2:00-3:30 PM at the Lafayette Science Museum Downtown, Follow this link for more information on this and other meetings:
